What about Mexican tax obligations?

Short-term rentals in Mexico are subject to VAT (16%), income tax, and a state lodging tax (5-6% in Quintana Roo). We help ensure your property is registered correctly and that tax filings are handled properly. We also assist with RETUR-Q registration, which is now mandatory in Quintana Roo.
